Personal profile is created for every visitor who is a registered Facebook user. Standard registration is also available. Each profile is protected by password and contains user's email and time zone information. Website was completely integrated with Facebook. After user submits a complaint, notification appears in the newsfeed which is seen by all their friends. It can be also doubled by email notification.
