The application is very simple and is called "go, don't go". Basically user selects either "go" or "dont go" and then enters some info into a couple of boxes.

So if user saw a bad movie, or went to a good restuarant user could enter it and his friends would see it. The extra info would allow users to upload an image, enter a ZIP/postcode, and enter a full story of why they are recommeding what they are recommending.
